Once the tufting has been completed, the sheeting is moved to a coating roller to be applied with adhesive. The adhesive is applied on the backing of the turf. The adhesive is dried using both open air as well as inside an enclosed setting. Hot pins are then used to burn holes into the finished product as it exits the drying oven. The holes are used for drainage.

The finished product is subjected to several inspection processes. Inspection is performed to ensure that the product meets the industry standards or the specific application for which it is meant.
